You should feel proud of this great achievement. Although really, anyone involved in the customer service industry is welcome to attend.
Our live events will have customer service and Zendesk training sessions, with a focus on best practices and tips for maximizing help desk efficiency. And in typical campus style, we will cap it off with pizza and beer for students and teachers.
