    It’s a shame you don’t have a programme that would make your system more affordable to non-profits… Your software is immensely useful for many NFP organizations and could positively impacts lives of many people. Congrats your success story, would be happier though (as a Zendesk customer, too) to see Zendesk offer something back to the communities.

    Thanks for the feedback. I can’t make any promises on whether we’d be able to change our pricing structure to accomodate the limited budgets of NFPs, but I will most definitely see to it that this reply gets to the right people. Thanks again for chiming in!
