HOW THE TRIAL WORKS

What are agents?

Agents are your organization's team members who will receive and resolve tickets from your product's community - they need individual access to your custom Zendesk. Basically, our agent fee is exactly like a per license fee that you use with other software packages (but doesn't agent sound more fun?).

How does the Free 30-day Trial work?

After you create an account, you get instant access to all Zendesk features for 30 days (we start you with the Plus+ Plan, so you can give everything a spin or, if you prefer, a whirl!). We don't require a credit card during the trial, so you get to try Zendesk obligation-free.

Am I eligible for any discounts?

We offer a discount for annual billing to our Regular and Plus+ plans! It's $5 or $10 off per agent/month respectively. (That's big savings!)

What happens at the end of the trial?

Our Zendesk support team will email you before your trial expires. We'll prompt you to choose one of our three subscription plans. You'll register your credit card information and your trial account will become your permanent account (all of your customizations, data, and actions remain intact).

If you decide not to register your credit card at the end of your 30-day trial, your account will expire.

How will you bill me?

We offer both monthly and annual billing. You can pay by credit card online. Our Plus+ plan has the option of paper invoicing. Contact us to see if you're eligible.

Can I change plans at anytime?
