About this app
PressOne is a telephone integration that allows you to manage your call-based customer interactions. With PressOne, you can make and receive calls directly through Zendesk. It allows you to take notes, and mute and unmute calls while on a call, too.

Getting Started
-Click Install in the upper-right corner. You will be presented with a web page.- The ensuing page requires you to fill in a URL or may show you your existing Zendesk subdomain. Enter your subdomain if necessary.- Click Continue. The app installs to your Zendesk account.- Refresh your Zendesk login session. The PressOne App icon shows at the top right hand corner.- Click the PressOne app icon. The PressOne login screen opens.- Enter your PressOne Account and your PressOne password.
