This is the Blower for Cisco CTI app for Zendesk. "Blower" is a slang term for "telephone" in the UK and elsewhere. It integrates the Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM), also known as "CallManager", into Zendesk. Make and receive calls from within Zendesk, making for faster response times and a more cohesive agent experience.
Easy to try! Blower has a "Demo Mode" which allows you to test with the app without having to configure it to work with your CUCM.
