You will see a toggle to activate R2 as well as links to R2 Management Portal (R2MP), where you manage your knowledge base of frequently asked questions and answers.
Click the toggle to activate R2 whenever you want R2 to automatically respond to your live chat customers. The app will now automatically respond to your customers requests or queries from Zendesk live chat.
