Getting Started with Snaps:
- Ensure you have admin access to both Zendesk Chat and Snaps.
- Log in to Zendesk and from you user profile select connect and find your account key.
- In Snaps go to plugins, connect credentials and configure your Zendesk account key.
- In Snaps configure the Customer Service Handoff plugin in the “Plugins” section in you left navigation.
- Create blocks for handoff entry, handoff exit, and handoff error.
- If you haven’t already, provision a new channel in the “Channels & Languages” section.
