This integration app for Stripe allows you to view and manage customers, subscriptions, payments and invoices from within the lead, contact or deal cards in Zendesk Sell.
The app will present customer details for the relevant contact by default, but you can search for and view other customers at any time.
The following information is available at a glance when a customer is selected:
Customer contact details
Payments (payment intents or charges)
Pending invoice items
Customer history, credit balance and MRR
Additional details like refund amounts and Stripe IDs are available through tooltips and by hovering over items in the user interface.
Because common actions can be performed within Zendesk Sell without the need to switch tabs you can spend more time following up leads and working on deals.
You can perform the following actions directly within the app:
Update customer information
Update payment methods
Refund payments, in part of in full
Cancel subscriptions immediately or at the end of the current period
Refund the last subscription payment or a pro-rated amount
Click to view customers, subscriptions, payments and invoices in Stripe
Update the status of open invoices
