The Zendesk Chat app for Sell app makes up one part of the full Sell & Chat Integration
Along the main toolbar in Sell, sales reps can click the Chat icon to set their availability status in Chat and access a queue of incoming chat conversations
Sales reps can respond to chat conversations directly from Sell , without switching the context between many cards in the browser
Sales reps can view insightful information about the person they’re chatting with. For example, how long a person stayed on your website, how many times they visited your website, and the number of past chat conversations

You need administrator permissions in both Chat and Sell to set up the integration.
1) Click the Install button to set up the Zendesk Chat for Sell widget in your account.
2) Follow the instructions on the screen
3) Choose, if you want the app to log your sales reps to Chat automatically when they sign in to Sell and click the Install button
4) The app is installed. You should find a Chat icon in the Sell topbar.
