Simple, one-click meetings
Setup a meeting with a customer in one-click using the provided event types panel. Browse to a ticket, click the type of meeting you want to schedule, and that's it! Once a customer schedules a meeting with you, the meeting will be automatically associated with the ticket.
Real-time ticket notifications
Be notified in real-time when a customer requests or cancels a meeting. The status of the ticket will be updated to reflect the status of scheduled meetings, with additional information being provided in comments on the ticket.

- You must have administrator privileges inside Zendesk Support to install this add-on.
- You must be on a Premium subscription of Calendly.
During installation, you will be required to provide a Calendly API key. You can find your Calendly API key at the Integrations page inside Calendly. Calendly by Azuqua will be initialized the first time you visit a support ticket. After initialization of the app, you will be required to authorize Zendesk to our application. This allows our automation engine to automatically interact with Zendesk tickets on your behalf.
Once you've authorized Zendesk to the app, you're good to go! Happy scheduling!
