To set up the Easy Digital Downloads app in your Zendesk instance:
Generate a REST API key in your Easy Digital Downloads store, noting the Public Key and Token.
Install the app from the Zendesk App Marketplace.
Enter your store URL (e.g., https://www.mystore.com/) in the Store URL setting.
Enter the Public Key from the first step in the Public Key setting.
Enter the Token from the first step in the Token setting.
