App installation is easy.
Install the app from Zendesk Marketplace
Go to Admin → Channel Integrations → Reviewer. Open the Accounts tab.
Press Add Account to connect Facebook page.
Now all Reviews will be created in Zendesk. You can set up triggers and views to filter incoming reviews. Zendesk agents can reply to a page reviews - it works the same way as any other channel.
