The Flow app allows you to handle and view your Flow calls in Zendesk.
The app allows you to; * See who is calling directly in Zendesk. * Hang up calls directly in Zendesk. * Create a new ticket for the incoming caller or navigate the incoming callers organization or user view. * View your call list decorated with Zendesk contacts and navigate to their user page with a click.
Simply click install. Logging into the app is done with your Flow username and password.
Important note: In order for the Zendesk contacts to be mapped together with the call list and the incoming calls you need to have the exact same format on the number on your Zendesk contact as the incoming flow call.
