Automate Sharing of data between Zendesk and ClubHouse using IntegrateCloud

This app will allow agents working on support tickets to collaborate with their ClubHouse account by creating stories as and when required.

  1. Click Install to add the app.
  2. Once the app is installed, click on existing ticket , click on the Apps link and you will see the IntegrateCloud ClubHouse App.
  3. To create the Clubhouse token, click Settings (gear icon on top right of browser window) --> Settings (Edit your profile section) --> you will see API Tokens link click on that, enter the token name and generate the token. 4.Enter your Zendesk Credentials, your ClubHouse token and click save. Keep in mind that You will need to provide a token key that you previously created, inside your ClubHouse account, along with your Zendesk account.
  4. Take an existing Zendesk ticket and you can start using the app to create/link stories to your ClubHouse account.
