Interact with your Live Experience customers from anywhere within Zendesk

The Live Experience app allows your support team to reply any message from Live experience customers. When a customer send a messsage in Live Experience, it will create a new ticket in your Zendesk Support. Answers of your support team will be sent to your customers in Live Experience.

  • Sign up at Yondo * In your Zendesk admin, go to channels -> Channel integrations
  • Click on Live Experience -> accounts tab -> Add account
  • Enter your email and password of yondo account
  • On yondo dashboard under apps menu, you can check whether it is installed or not by opening Zendesk app
  • Now customers' messages will create or update tickets in Zendesk
