To install Polytomic for Zendesk, you must have an active Polytomic account.
Sign up for an account at https://polytomic.com
Log into your account and navigate to the Connection setings
Click "Add", and select "Zendesk" as your connection type
You'll be prompted to authenticate with Zendesk.
After you sign in and grant permission to Polytomic, you'll see a "polytomic token"; copy that, you'll need it!
- Install Polytomic for Zendesk into your account; when prompted for your Access Token, enter the value from the previous step.
