To add the RichCall Video Chat app to Zendesk Support:
Contact firstname.lastname@example.org to get a RichCall account.
Sign in to your Zendesk Support account, then click the Manage icon at the bottom of the left nav bar.
Select Marketplace from the Apps category.
Go to the Zendesk Marketplace, find the RichCall Video Chat App and install it.
On the App Configuration page enter the RichCall Agent Web App URL.
