To add the RichCall Video Chat app to Zendesk Support:

  • Sign in to your Zendesk Support account, then click the Manage icon at the bottom of the left nav bar.

  • Select Marketplace from the Apps category.

  • Go to the Zendesk Marketplace, find the RichCall Video Chat App and install it.

  • On the App Configuration page enter the RichCall Agent Web App URL.
