To setup SABIO App for Zendesk:

  • Obtain your free SABIO trial at https://www.getsabio.com
  • Get your SABIO api-key at support@sabio.de
  • Log into your Zendesk account as an admin
  • Install the SABIO App from the Zendesk App Marketplace
  • Provide your instance URL (https://<instancename>.getsabio.com) and credentials (API-key) as described on the setup screen
  • Optional: Provide Zendesk custom ticket field ID used for auto search against SABIO
