Please note: you will need to be an "Admin" of your Zendesk account to add the integration on Slack.
- Start by adding a new Zendesk integration.
- When prompted, enter your Zendesk subdomain and choose a channel where Zendesk notifications will be posted.
- Authenticate your Zendesk account and choose the types of notifications you would like to receive in Slack.
- Press the Save Integration button at the bottom of the page.
