Teamwork Projects is an easy-to-use online teamwork & project management software application that helps managers, staff and clients work together more productively online. The Teamwork Projects app for Zendesk allows you to easily link existing or new tasks on the fly and create time entries for attached tasks. Key features of the app include:

- Mark tasks complete or reopen them with a single click
The Teamwork Projects app for Zendesk uses our API which is activated for each user individually. To activate the API and receive the API key, each user has to do the following:
- Click on your avatar to open the dropdown menu.
- Click "Edit My Details" and go to the API & Mobile tab.
- Click the "Turn on the API for my account" button.
- Agree to the terms and conditions.
- Click "Show your token".
That's it! The user should then copy the key and paste it into the app when first requested, i.e. in the ticket sidebar. Note: Switching to a different browser or computer will require the user to enter their API key again.
