Upload files to Google Drive from a ticket in Zendesk

With the Google Drive integration, you can upload files that have been attached in a ticket directly to any folder in your Google Drive account. You’ll find the attached files from the ticket in the app sidebar. It makes it possible for you to:

  • Get an overview of all file attached to the ticket
  • Upload a specific attached file to a specific Google Drive directory
  • Upload several, or all, attached files to a specific Google Drive directory

Do you need to send a file from your Google Drive account when replying to a customer in Zendesk?

With this integration, you’re able to attach files from your Google Drive account directly to a ticket without leaving Zendesk Support. Click on the Google Drive icon, and you'll be able to search for files throughout your account and attach it to your reply. Limitation: you can’t attach files to tickets created by channel integrations, such as the Google Business Profile or Instagram Channel .
