Stylo is an AI assistant that lives inside every Zendesk ticket

Stylo is an AI assistant that lives inside every Zendesk ticket that understands the customer problem, finds the solution, and writes the response for your agents to paste into the ticket.

Agents can auto-generate responses to a ticket, enhance their own text input, get a summary of lengthy or complex tickets, and translate into/out of any language. They'll also see relevant resources including tickets, knowledge base articles, and macros all from right inside the Assist app.

Once installed, Stylo automatically integrates with your external and/or internal Zendesk Guide Help Center, indexing questions and answers from your articles. You can also add and modify your own Q/A in our Knowledge Center. Assist uses this information to generate unique messages that are specific to the customer's request, and configurable brand-level settings ensure the response is on-brand with the correct tone. Assist also translates any message into and out of any language in a way that sounds natural to the recipient so that your agents can communicate naturally and effectively.
