With Mercado Libre by menze you will increase the efficiency of the team centralizing in a single platform all the questions, messages, sales, complaints and reviews, along with the information of the buyer and the product published in Mercado Libre.

You will be able to manage all the interactions in Mercado Libre:

  • Questions You will be able to answer all the questions with the information, attributes, photos and description of the product on the same screen. Also, you will be able to delete the question or block the user from Zendesk.
  • Sales Sales tickets in Zendesk show every order update. You can also attach the invoice and print the shipping label from Zendesk.
