Born from a BPO (Frontline Call Center), Frontline Services truly understands the contact center space and can help you implement a great solution with and for your organization - training and consulting as we go.
Implementation and Consultancy may have been our initial plan strengths, however Frontline Services also provides custom development, and has built and maintained a true CTI between NICE inContact and Zendesk since 2015 and we build custom applications for you as well.
