Easy to Manage
Hexnode MDM app for Zendesk automatically brings up all available devices for a specific user. Just click on the user's name and there's the basic info about the devices.

Start Managing Devices with a Click
Click on the device name to jump right into the device details page of your Hexnode MDM portal. Apply remote actions (remote lock, wipe, location tracking), manage apps and remotely view the device screen from Zendesk.

- Click on the Install button on the top of this page.
- Select the Zendesk account to which it is installed. Login to Zendesk if you haven't already.
- Type in your Hexnode MDM portal name, which will be in the format 'example.hexnodemdm.com'.
- Provide the API key, which can be obtained from Admin > API on your Hexnode MDM portal.
- Click on Install button.
