To use the OnePgr app, you must:
Install the app.
Sign up for a free OnePgr account at onegpr.com/signup if you don’t have already as you need OnePgr login info to use the app.
Select any one of your existing assigned Zendesk ticket and in the sidebar, you will find OnePgr section with a link to Sign in (if you haven't signed in yet). Click the link to signin.
Sign in to OnePgr
Refresh the ticket details page or open any one of your assigned tickets. In the sidebar, there will be a button with 'Open in OnePgr'. The link will open the OnePgr page for the corresponding ticket with all the required details automatically filled up.
