To install the app:
- Install the app from the Zendesk Marketplace clicking the Install button on the top right of this page
- In Zendesk set the app permissions. Please note that in most use cases, this app should be enabled for everyone.

To get a subscription send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org including the following information:
- Your subdomain
- The number of agents in your Zendesk Support instance

If after you have purchased a subscription with us you increase the number of agents in Zendesk Support, please tell us as soon as possible, so that we can invoice you the pro rata amount for the new agents.
