About this app
Forest is the operational infrastructure regulated companies grow on. Fintechs, banks, and crypto companies use Forest to run compliance and business operations — coordinating humans, AI agents, and suppliers with full governance. Your data never leaves your infrastructure.
This app brings Forest directly into Zendesk. From any ticket, your support agents can view the linked customer record, search across your Forest collections, and execute actions — refunds, account updates, KYC checks — with Forest's permissions, approval chains, and audit trail enforced on every action.
No context-switching. No copy-pasting between tools. No untracked back-office actions. The ticket is the surface; Forest is the system of record underneath.
Trusted by 500+ financial companies, including Qonto, Swan, and Spendesk.
Features
Customer 360 in the ticket sidebar — linked Forest records and related data, rendered dynamically from your schema
Governed actions from the ticket — execute Forest actions (refunds, account updates, verifications) without leaving Zendesk
Search across all your Forest collections — find any customer, transaction, or case in seconds
Role-based permissions enforced — agents only see and do what their Forest role allows
Full audit trail — every view and every action logged in Forest, regulator-ready
Works with your existing Forest setup — your collections, your actions, your rules
Data & privacy
This app accesses your Forest data in real time. Nothing is stored or replicated outside your infrastructure. All access respects your Forest role-based permissions, and every action is logged in your Forest audit trail.
