About this app
Add an external ID editor to the app screen of ticket, user and organization editing page.

The entered content is saved in the external_id field of the ticket, user, or organization in Zendesk.
This app does not collect any data entered by users.
Data entered by users is stored within Zendesk, either in [Tickets], [User], or [Organization].
Such data is stored and used only within Zendesk and is never stored outside of Zendesk.
Furthermore, no data is shared with any third parties.
The data is handled strictly within the scope necessary to provide the service and, unless explicitly disclosed, it is never used for unintended purposes such as training AI models.
Additionally, no Personally Identifiable Information (PII) or sensitive data will be shared without user consent.

How to install
Click 'Install' on Zendesk Marketplace and select your Zendesk account.
From Zendesk Admin Center, fill in the required fields and click 'Install'.
Setting:
Enter the title of this app.
Set role and group restrictions. (Optional)
Once installed, the app will be available on the ticket and user sidebars.
