Yes. To get started, startups will enter their credit card information. However, you can choose whether or not to continue with a paid plan at the end of the 6-month trial by cancelling before your programme end date.

This trial is for qualifying startups and extends your trial from 14 days to 180 days (also provides resources like community events and events with potential partners, like VCs and accelerators).

Zendesk for Startups is redeemable for any combination of Zendesk Ticketing, Voice, Messaging, Knowledge and Analytics products for free. Consulting services, add-ons, integrations and Zendesk Talk minutes are not included.
