At Zendesk, we tap into the unique power of our company to tackle climate change – our offices, our data hosting, our employee travel and our supply chain. We have made great progress over the past few years.
Since 2019, we have reduced our office electricity consumption by 44%. And we achieved our 100% renewable energy goal by purchasing utility-provided clean energy and high-quality Energy Attributes Certificates (EAC) equivalent to the amount of electricity consumption in our global offices.
