How it works in Zendesk

FastPass IVM sits in the ticket sidebar and reads the ticket automatically — no need to switch systems or judge which requests need scrutiny. When a ticket opens, the app checks status, tags, and requester details against your configured eligibility rules, then either:

• presents a one-click Launch button, or

• opens the FastPass IVM Client automatically for tickets meeting your auto-launch criteria

Either way, the agent completes a controlled verification step before proceeding — closing the window attackers rely on.
