This application does not collect, sell, share, or permanently store personal data from Zendesk users or customers.

Data Accessed

When the application is used within Zendesk, it may access the following information from the currently viewed Zendesk ticket:

The accessed information is used solely to:

Query the application's backend APIDetermine whether an external record exists that is associated with the current Zendesk ticketDisplay the matching information to the Zendesk agent within the app interfaceData Storage

The application does not permanently store Zendesk ticket data, customer information, or agent information.

Any ticket-related information transmitted to the backend API is processed only for the purpose of fulfilling the request and returning the corresponding result.

No Zendesk ticket or customer data is retained by the application beyond the time required to process the request and return a response.
