About this app
Import holidays to schedules in Zendesk from ICS.
You may use ICS URL to import custom holidays or use default preloaded ICS (Japanese National holidays).
Supports importing holidays up to two years in advance.
Note: Any events scheduled in the same ICS (weekly meetings, personal events etc.) will be loaded to the import screen. It is recommended to create separate ICS for importing holidays. Otherwise, you may manually deselect those unwanted events from being imported.

This app does not collect any data entered by users.
Data entered by users is stored within Zendesk.
Such data is stored and used only within Zendesk and is never stored outside of Zendesk.
Furthermore, no data is shared with any third parties.
The data is handled strictly within the scope necessary to provide the service and, unless explicitly disclosed, it is never used for unintended purposes such as training AI models.
Additionally, no Personally Identifiable Information (PII) or sensitive data will be shared without user consent.

How to install
Install the application by clicking the installation button in the Zendesk Marketplace.
Setting:
(Optional) Set the URL of the desired ICS. Leave blank to use the default Japanese holidays.
Go to the app window and select the target schedule for import.
Select holidays by year for all events in the year, or select them one by one.
Press 'Register' to initiate import.
