About this app
ProductBridge helps product teams capture, organise, and prioritise customer feedback from Zendesk tickets. The sidebar app lets support agents search existing feedback posts, create new ones, upvote on behalf of customers, and link tickets to posts — all without leaving Zendesk. AI-powered detection surfaces product feedback automatically, and smart deduplication keeps things tidy across all connected sources (Zendesk, Slack, Intercom, Jira, Linear, and more).
Data Handling and Privacy:
ProductBridge accesses ticket data (subject, description, status, requester name and email) from your Zendesk account. Data is transmitted to and stored on ProductBridge servers hosted on Microsoft Azure in the France Central region (EU), retained for the lifetime of your subscription and deleted within 30 days of account closure.
To power AI-driven feedback detection and deduplication, ticket text is processed by Voyage AI (transient embedding generation, no retention), Qdrant Cloud (vector storage), and our LLM provider (feedback classification under zero-data-retention terms). All matching happens within your own organisation; data is never shared with other customers or used for marketing.
