About this app

Onro is an AI-powered courier management system built for courier and logistics providers, delivery businesses, last-mile delivery services, retailers, and other organizations that manage delivery operations at scale. It helps businesses centralize and streamline delivery workflows, from order creation and dispatching to real-time tracking, driver coordination, and customer communication.

The Onro Zendesk app extends these capabilities into customer support operations by enabling agents to access delivery information directly within the Zendesk ticket sidebar. Support teams can search for any delivery using an Onro order code and instantly retrieve key shipment details without leaving Zendesk or switching between systems.

Once an order is found, agents can view essential operational information such as order code, delivery status, last status update time, order type, service type, delivery method, and vehicle type (when applicable). This gives support teams immediate visibility into the delivery lifecycle and helps them respond to customer inquiries with accurate and up-to-date information.

By integrating Onro with Zendesk, support teams can significantly reduce the time required to investigate delivery issues, track shipments, and answer status-related questions. Data disclosure: This app sends the order code entered by a Zendesk agent and the configured Onro API key to Onro services in order to retrieve matching delivery order information. The app does not transmit Zendesk conversation content to Onro. The app does not display customer contact details, addresses, driver details, or private delivery instructions inside Zendesk. Data is used solely to retrieve and display delivery order information for the authorized Onro customer account.

All data access is limited to the connected Onro account and follows strict authorization controls to ensure secure and controlled usage.

Istruzioni per l’installazione

  1. Log in to your Onro admin panel.

  2. Navigate to Settings > Integrations.

  3. Open the Zendesk integration section.

  4. Generate or copy your Onro API Key.

  5. In Zendesk Admin Center, install the Onro app from the Zendesk Marketplace.

  6. Paste the API key into the app setting named "Onro API Key".

  7. Save the app settings.

  8. Open a Zendesk ticket and use the Onro app in the ticket sidebar to search for delivery orders using an order code.
