Once an order is found, agents can view essential operational information such as order code, delivery status, last status update time, order type, service type, delivery method, and vehicle type (when applicable). Data disclosure: This app sends the order code entered by a Zendesk agent and the configured Onro API key to Onro services in order to retrieve matching delivery order information. The app does not transmit Zendesk conversation content to Onro. The app does not display customer contact details, addresses, driver details, or private delivery instructions inside Zendesk. Data is used solely to retrieve and display delivery order information for the authorized Onro customer account.

All data access is limited to the connected Onro account and follows strict authorization controls to ensure secure and controlled usage.
