Data Disclosure & Privacy

We process: Zendesk subdomain; OAuth tokens; ticket IDs; reply text; public/internal setting; optional author ID; attachment tokens; optional custom status IDs. Used only to schedule, verify agents, upload files, deliver messages, and manage schedules.

Hosted on AWS in the EU (eu-central-1). Tokens and schedules stored in DynamoDB until deleted, sent, or cancelled. We do not sell personal data.

How to install

  1. Upload and install this app.

  2. Open the Ticket Scheduler setup window from the left main navigation icon and complete setup there (auto-create statuses + OAuth).

  3. Open a ticket and use the sidebar app.
