After installation, administrators will need to configure the Brands Flow application to meet the specific needs of their company. This article will provide instructions on how to access the application settings, configure access permissions, and integrate Brands Flow with other tools if applicable.

App Configuration

Brands Flow has been designed to be an app for exclusive customization by the Administrator or agents with special permissions for Zendesk app installations. To access the app settings, you should navigate to:

Apps and Integrations » Zendesk Support Apps » Brands Flow » Change Settings

There, you can customize everything from field behavior to conditional settings by brand, which we will explain further later on, and the visibility of the application if necessary.

Checkbox fields

Show/Hide brands: If selected, it will hide the brands that the agent doesn't have permission to view according to the group added to their profile.
Show/Hide groups: If selected, it will hide the groups from the assignee field according to the brand selected in the ticket.
Show the groups of the current user: If selected, your agent will be able to display all groups added to their profile regardless of the brand selected in the ticket.

*It doesn't alter the behavior of a ticket that already has that field (brand/assigned) filled.

In this text field, you should insert a valid JSON to customize the behavior of brands and groups. Below you can see some possible formats:
