When you add the Ariglad app to Zendesk, it gets right to work scanning your customer support tickets to pinpoint where your knowledge base might need a little refresh. Not only does Ariglad suggest edits to existing articles, but it also identifies gaps where new articles could be helpful. If it finds an opportunity for a new article, Ariglad doesn’t just stop at a suggestion—it goes ahead and drafts the entire article for you. This way, your Zendesk knowledge base stays up-to-date and thorough, making sure your team has all the insights they need to offer top-notch support.

Empowering Your Team: Your customer service team gets to review and approve these AI-generated content suggestions. Once you approve, these changes go live, effortlessly updating your knowledge base. Data Handling & Privacy
Ariglad accesses your Zendesk data solely to deliver the knowledge base maintenance described above. Specifically, Ariglad reads support ticket content to identify knowledge gaps and stale articles, and reads your existing Help Center articles and categories to assess and improve them. Ariglad only writes back to your knowledge base after an authorized member of your team reviews and approves a suggested change.
Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and access is restricted to authorized Ariglad systems and personnel on a need-to-know basis. Ariglad does not sell your data. Data is processed by a limited set of sub-processors under data processing agreements; the current list is published at https://support.ariglad.com/sub-processors.

How to install
Ariglad can be installed in a few simple steps.
Step 1: Install and Set Up Ariglad
Visit the Ariglad onboarding page to create an account, or sign in if you already have one.
Step 2: Start the Zendesk Connection
In Ariglad, go to the settings page and select "Add Integration," then choose Zendesk.
Enter your Zendesk subdomain. You can find it in your browser's address bar when signed in to Zendesk — for example, if your URL is
yourexamplesubdomain.zendesk.com, your subdomain isyourexamplesubdomain.
Step 3: Authorize Ariglad in Zendesk
Continue to be redirected to Zendesk's secure authorization page.
Sign in to Zendesk if you aren't already signed in.
Review the access Ariglad is requesting, then approve it to grant access. Zendesk will redirect you back to Ariglad.
Step 4: Confirm the Integration
After you authorize access, you'll return to Ariglad with the Zendesk integration active. Complete any remaining on-screen steps to finish setup.
Usage
Once connected, Ariglad reviews your Zendesk tickets and generates recommendations for your knowledge base articles. FAQs created in Ariglad can also provide auto-generated answers and resource links in Zendesk.
