YouTube channel integration for Zendesk YouTube Comments Pro enables Zendesk users to integrate their YouTube channels by pulling video comments and converting them to Zendesk tickets. Agents can also reply to those tickets directly from Zendesk and their replies will show up on YouTube as comment replies.
When installing the application users will be asked to connect with their YouTube channel using their login credentials, after the successful integration the system will start to sync all new comments and import them as new Zendesk tickets that allow agents to reply to them directly through Zendesk.
YouTube Comments Pro App will include the video title and the first few words of the comment in the ticket subject line, to help agents track and group tickets based on their source to better understand the context of the comment.
Multiple Channels Users can also connect several channels to Zendesk by adding several accounts.
