The Startups Programme provides early stage startups a 6-month trial of the Zendesk Suite for up to 50 agents. Use and access to Zendesk Services under this programme shall be governed by Zendesk’s MSA and other applicable policies located on our website.

Yes. To get started, startups will input their credit card info. However, you can choose whether or not to continue with a paid plan at the end of the free trial by canceling before your program end date.
This trial is for qualifying startups and extends your trial from 14 days to 180 days (also provides resources like community events and events with potential partners, like VCs and accelerators).
Zendesk for Startups is redeemable for Zendesk Professional Suite including AI Agents and Copilot. The number of agents offered may vary based on your funding profile and partner. Use and access to Zendesk Services under this program shall be governed by Zendesk’s MSA and other applicable policies located on our website.
