ClickUp workspace with appropriate permissions
All Suites: Growth, Professional, Enterprise, or Enterprise Plus
Support: Team, Professional, or Enterprise
ClickUp API token with access to target workspaces
Permissions to create and update tasks in target lists/spaces
Access to view users and spaces within the workspace
Come connettere
Generate API token in ClickUp (Settings > Apps > API Token)
In Zendesk Admin Center, go to Apps and integrations > Actions > Action flows
Click "Connect to ClickUp" or connect via External actions
Enter your ClickUp API token
Click Allow connection
Configure default workspace and space settings (optional)
