Zendesk plan: Team, Growth, Professional, Enterprise, or Enterprise Plus (All Suites) OR Team, Professional, or Enterprise (Support)
Chargebee account with API access
Chargebee Site Name (subdomain)
- Chargebee API key (found under Settings → Configure Chargebee → API Keys)
Come connettere
- In Admin Center, go to Apps and integrations → Actions → Action flows
Create or edit an action flow
- Under External actions, select Chargebee
- Click Connect
Provide Chargebee Site Name and API key
