Requirements

  • Zendesk plan: Team, Growth, Professional, Enterprise, or Enterprise Plus (All Suites) OR Team, Professional, or Enterprise (Support)

  • Chargebee account with API access

  • Chargebee Site Name (subdomain)

  • Chargebee API key (found under Settings → Configure Chargebee → API Keys)

How to connect

  1. In Admin Center, go to Apps and integrations → Actions → Action flows

  2. Create or edit an action flow

  3. Under External actions, select Chargebee
  4. Click Connect

  5. Provide Chargebee Site Name and API key
