Zendesk Users Can Quickly & Easily Deliver Support Updates via Constant Contact Email

SAN FRANCISCO, CA – June 9, 2011 – Zendesk, the leading provider of proven, cloud-based help desk software, today announced Zendesk for Constant Contact. Constant Contact is a leader in easy-to-use engagement marketing tools. This new integration allows users of Zendesk to build customer lists from both Zendesk and Constant Contact in order to quickly email support updates to their customer base.

The integration includes a very simple interface in which users can log into their Zendesk and Constant Contact accounts simultaneously. They can load the appropriate Zendesk contact list into Constant Contact, receive an alert as soon as the list is merged and de-duplicated, and then send the desired notification.
