Zendesk Expands European Presence

SAN FRANCISCO, CA – June 28, 2011 – Zendesk, the leading provider of proven, cloud-based help desk software, today announced the establishment of a new European headquarters, based in London. As part of its commitment to the growing European market, Zendesk is also launching in Germany at an event on June 30, 2011.
Founded in Copenhagen in 2007, Zendesk now has over 25,000 customers worldwide ranging from the small startups to large companies such as SAP, Sears Sony Music, Groupon, and Twitter. Zendesk now has more than 2,500 European customers, including the NHS, the Environment Agency, Conde Nast, Tweetdeck, Richmond Events, John Lewis, SAS Airlines, London School of Economics, Moonfruit, CoreMedia, and Groupon.
