About this app
Enrich your Zendesk case view with data from your Agillic Instance. Use it to:
- View a recipient's relevant data fields
- Trigger communications or Side-Effects
View a recipient's Agillic communication history and interactions
- If they aren't in your Agillic database: with the customer's consent, send their email to Agillic and execute a double opt-in flow
This is all for a more complete view of your customers.

Istruzioni per l’installazione
To successfully use the app, you must have an Agillic instance and license. Install the application, and configure the relevant fields with:
- An authorization token
- A selection of the views you want visible
- The Agillic data model fields you want to display
- Descriptions and names of Agillic Events (up to 3) available to trigger
