JP Joyal
JP is a Senior Product Manager at Zendesk building the Sunshine Conversations platform. He spent over a decade as a full-stack software engineer before co-founding Smooch which was acquired by Zendesk in May 2019. When not building software, JP enjoys mapping perfect run paths, grooming plants, and traveling to new places.
