Can I try Sell before buying?
Yes, you can try Sell free by creating a new Sell account. The 14-day evaluation trial includes all Sell features. When you're ready to activate your account, you’ll have the option to select which plan you want to use.
How can I buy Sell?
We accept any major credit card. For annual subscriptions with over 25 users, we can also issue an invoice payable by bank transfer or check. Your account executive can arrange an invoice purchase.
Do all users have to be on the same plan?
Yes, we do require all users to be on the same pricing tier. It’s not possible to have some users on Professional and others on Enterprise (for example).
Is there a Sell mobile app?
There sure is; Sell supports both iOS and Android devices to assist you wherever your sales take you.
What other Zendesk products can I use with Sell?
Currently, Zendesk Sell integrates with Zendesk Support and Chat. Additional subscriptions are required for these products.
What email providers does Sell integrate with?
Zendesk Sell integrates with Gmail, G Suite, Office 365, and many other popular email providers.
