What are the prerequisites to join?
Anyone can join the panel. Really! We’re eager to speak with both people who use our product daily or never used it at all. And you can be anywhere — we conduct in-person research at our offices around the world or may ask you to invite us to your office. You can even participate in remote studies, thanks to the magic of video conferencing technology.
Will I be able to choose which research I participate in?
We conduct a variety of studies such as usability sessions, informational interviews, and online surveys. Many of these studies can be completed from your home or office computer. You’ll never have to do a study if you don’t want to.
Are the studies compensated?
Some research studies are paid with incentives like gift cards and swag, but this varies session by session. Details for each study are included in the email invitation.
How often will you contact me?
We’ll only contact you for research-related opportunities, no more than once every two months. If you are a potential match for one of our studies, we will contact you with an email invitation from a zendesk.com email address.
Can I opt out if this isn’t for me?
You can leave the Experience Research Panel anytime by contacting us at email@example.com.
